It's pretty obvious that Jeff Ocheltree of jeffsdigital.com lived through the grunge era of design. Borrowing the worn, dirty, and gritty effects from some of the more popular design styles of yesteryear, jeffsdigital.com reminds us that although trends may die, as long as they are executed well, they are timeless.

Revista Nosso Amiguinho is a very good looking site. Colors that work perfectly with one another and an overall smooth layout. I find that a lot of the elements in this design are very subtle, and hard to distinguish right away; which results in a great design.

Pure Aesthetics shows me that Steve P. Sharpe is great at making smooth looking sites. His own site, full of easy on the eyes design elements, and perfectly executed gradients, is no different than this design. And I am seeing that as something he excels at. Nothing on this design ...

Very clean, and very smooth. One of those websites that is very easy on the eyes and still provides functionality. I really do love those smooth and subtle gradient and shadow effects.
