Nice overall presentation, I like the background treatment and the colors are chosen well. I would have liked to see a better thought out sub-navigation design, the "fly-out" nav bugs me, as it always does, but overall this site is worthy of a mention here.

I like the four columns of this design. The faded background and text make it hard to read which takes away points but overall I am more intrigued with this design than I can find fault and thought it worthy of a look.

Lots of flash elements in this design but not so much so it doesn't qualify I think. Overall I really like the look and feel of this site. Nice use of photography vs. type and most of the content is presented really well.

This is a really nice website design, it puts the important parts of what they want to show up front and center. Nice type treatment and the "recent work" section is a nice touch. I'm not hip on the scrolling news sections but that is just a personal preference.

Pretty unique layout here. I like the logo, looks really high-end and classy. The real estate imagery is nice and overall you can tell every aspect of this site is well thought out.

I really like this design. The navigation is well done, the photography is nice and the overall look is high-end and well done. Lots of white space and the grid layout makes this design stellar.

Very interesting design, specifically the "roll-over" effects for the top-navigation. This is a rather unique treatment all around and I think it really shows the creativity this firm can produce.
