  • cargoh.com

Pretty good design for so much content and imagery. I like the stark black and white base used in this design and they overall approach to the typography is nice as well. I'm not wild about the design of the drop-down navigation elements but that's about it, the rest of ... More

  • pubweb.com.br

Interesting layout here with the slide out portfolio section. I really like that detail and the javascript interactions, like the bounce the portfolio has when you're loading more pages is a nice touch. This is a pretty non-standard layout and it's memorable to say the least.

  • joeylomanto.com

Nice single page website. I like the way the large graphic tells the story of what Joey can do & showcases what skills you get with him. I'm not sure what the graph (or if it's a graph) really represents, but it looks good - Gantt chart maybe? One ... More

  • alessandrogiammaria.com

I like the 3D flourishes on this design, having them on the roll-overs is a good choice. I like the color mix here too. I've not seen these colors like these together before - Love it. I also like the half circle lines, they really lead your eye around the ... More

I really like the rich graphic feeling in the header area of this email newsletter. Then the larger graphics/screen shots that show off the work in the body drive home the quality of the work this firm can do. Having little pieces slide out the top and side of the newsletter ... More

  • ngenworks.com

The new site for nGen Works is a top-notch example of both design and craft. It's an exercise in subtlety and bold graphics at the same time. The colors speak loudly but there's depth in the details and craftsmanship in the site that I love to see. The horizontal navigation ... More

  • Cognition

The new blog for Happy Cog called Cognition, pretty cool naming. I love this design, it's chock full of really interesting interaction detail work and layout elements. There's so much going on here in this deceptively simple looking blog i'll just cross off my favorite parts here. The large(ish) fly-out navigation ... More

  • paulleedesign.com

Paulleedesign.com has beautiful artwork. The layout is a simple, one column tower with muted color and texture. This is pretty ideal for displaying the artwork, which is pretty stunning. Thats pretty much all there is to the site: a beautiful header,  a simple vertical nav and gobs of sweet, sweet ... More

  • princestreetfilms.com

Princestreetfilms.com is a site that embraces the simple. This one pager breaks the space into quadrants for different content types instead of having multiple pages. Each 'link' triggers a slider that reveals the hidden content. It's an interesting user experience and I don't mind the hiding of content because the ... More
