What I like:
I like the color combinations, and this site was setup real nice. There is a good separation of content, and you are able to see an obvious distinction among every element contained within this design.
What I dislike:
Dark backgrounds are not my cup of tea…wait, I hate tea too…dark backgrounds are not my can of Coors Light. I’m not saying that it is bad, just it is my personal preference to not have dark backgrounds.
And perhaps the rounded corners were taken a bit too far on this one.

I think the dark blue works okay. My only real criticism would be of the rounded corners, which could be smoother
