I like the unique setup of this site. Colors mesh well together, and nearly everything seems to be in perfect order.
What I dislike:
You know that nearly I just said? Looks like it could benefit from a clear fix or two.

BTW, there is an international version of that site online, too:

Mybe that one is easier to read for the one or the other :-)
Interesting use of an animated gif on rollover, i haven’t seen that technique used since Ricky Rock Rat in 95.. I have to say I don’t *love* the blinking, but I do like the large clickability of the nav.
And the layout seems to be missing something - that’s right there’s no footer! Instead a fade to white, that’s something different also
nice navigation effect. not sure about that big image below the banner though, doesnt seem a use for it and just induces higher loading times and pushes the content further down the screen
You need to vertically scroll if using the resolution 800 x 600. That wasn’t nice.
It’s a great design, very creative. I love the large nav area, and that blinking effect. Animated GIFs are impossible to use well.
What I don’t like? JavaScript rollovers.
I like that they didn’t put their info in a footer. I’d like to see more whitespace around the text.
What is this backlash against vertical scrolling lately? Websites are supposed to scroll down - the mousewheel/scrollbar is as integral to the internet as the browser. I think it’s silly to say we shouldn’t need to scroll. If you want a page by page you might prefer to try reading a book.
