As with the Vault, CSS Beauty was a main source of inspiration for the basis of this project. Without these two sites it is likely that we would have not even had the idea of unmatched <style>. It is another source of inspiration for designers to see the latest and greatest in CSS based web design.
What I like:
I like the way that this site takes a more visual approach compared to the Vault. And I think that the subtle images beneath the thumbnails truly do make the site. Also another one of my likes, which is also a dislike is the colors. The colors are beautiful stand alone, however together they ate a bit tacky.
What I don’t like:
Once again, hard to point out the flaws. But once again, color has impacted my choice. I think that the colors used are too numerous, you have each extreme covered. And though it is done very subtle, and is hardly noticeable, the use of shades of; red, green, and blue all together make it seem like too much of a rainbow.
