e-Velocity is a gorgeous, smooth design that conveys itself with great color choices and subtle graphics. The most noticeable part of this design would be the variations of colors which call attention to different areas of the pages. The layout is simple which suits it very well, a highly advanced layout would make it clustered and with all the variation of colors that seems as if it would make it a bit gaudy.
Overall a very clean design.
