What I like:

Coloring is great, navigation is great. And the gradients make the content blocks very smooth and attractive. It is easy to tell where one pot ends and another begins because of the gradients.

On top of this, it seems as if the main content is in proportion to the sidebar. One is not larger or smaller than it should be. It fits together nicely.

What I dislike:

I love drop-shadows as much as the next person. Hell all of you are probably sick of them by now, yet I’m not. However, it did not think their was an excess of shadowing until directing my attention to the sidebar.

Having a drop shadow for the content, and for the sidebar which are so close together was unsettling. Perhaps if the colors weren’t so similar it would have not been a problem at all.

Wow, what a nice surprise! Thanks for adding me - or at least my website.
I’m thinking about leaving out the shadows at the sidebar. My sole concern is there won’t be enough distinction, other than the background color, between the main and secondary content.

Kevin: I like the gradients and image in the top right of each post. I actually did the same thing for a design I did. It was flipped in the sidebar though. If I were you, I wouldn’t totally remove the shadows. I would just lighten them up a bit.
