It’s a beautiful combination of both CSS and Flash. A very neutral color scheme which allows viewers to see the contetent, rather than an overbearing design. Wonderful content structure not only on the main page, but all pages.
What I dislike:
My only complaint is one of the colors. The majority follows this very passive, and clam color scheme. Then you throw in the dark navy blue, which seems a bit much.

I have to disagree with your thoughts on the use of blue on this site. I think it works well. The only issue I see is that the graphic element needs to be re-cropped properly. Overall, Nice design.
