This is a basic, two-column blog layout with external links to the portfolio and contact info. Based on that description, you’d think it would look slapped together and lazy, and you’d be wrong.

The combination of “twitter blue”, khaki, and white works great as a color scheme. The logo, bio, and contact info are brilliantly simple and to the point. Overall, a great example of taking a simple concept (a single-page website) and making it awesome.
