I see what they are trying to achieve with the one corner overlapping, but I’d have to agree with Tom, it doesn’t seem to work quite right.
I do like the colors and the general layout however.
The code could be improved by getting rid of the tables, adding end slashes for meta information, inputs, images and br. The images also need alt attributes, or at least empty alts.
