Why are designs like this are important? Because they are straightforward. There is very little guess work on this particular design, which is important because it is geared towards a customer who may not be the most web savvy. But here we see that just because the site is made for ease of use, does not mean that you have to end up with an ugly design.

I agree with everything the review said. The site has a pixel element to it that I really like.
Nice clean design, however the ad banners spoil the overall look!
Point Blank Property was designed by the company which Ben Ellis is the Founder/Technical Director and as he submitted he own work I cant really trust the comments.
x, I don’t quite follow what you are trying to say. Because Ben submitted his own work that the submission is not justified?
I think you might be seeing the “Submitted by” as whom wrote te review of the site.
I wish to point out that submitted by has nothing to do with whom wrote the comments, it merely provides those who suggest sites for the gallery recognition. The review under “Our Say” is written by unmatched style, when you see a submitted by underneath our say, that is to give credit to those who submitted the site.
I like the look of this site. The fine lines and simple design make the site nice to view.
I like this site. I placed my property on it and had some very good response.
