Sidulus Minimus, if my Latin serves me correctly, means smooth pimping. Not really. The Minimus obviously implies minimal, and the design may appear to be just that. However, the skill and thought shown is anything but. This one is a rarity to me, though. I actually had visited this site before and bookmarked it based on the content, and it was not until it was submitted that I realized how nice it looked. It is less and less frequent that you see blogs that have as good as content as they do design.

And looking at the most recent post on this blog…why have I not gotten this musical baton yet? No one cares about the crap I listen to?

Those columns are amazing. What a great idea! 1, 2 OR 3 columns depending on browser window width. Now, why didn’t I think of that?!

The only problem with floating the entries like that is that you can sometime have big gaps of whitespace, like what you see right now…

Thanks for including me in the gallery.

As for the whitespace problem, I’ve been trying to see how to fix it. I might have to resort to using Javascript and changing the margins depending on browser width. However, I haven’t much experience with JS whatsoever.
