I enjoyed this design because of its smooth colors and its use of the screen. Undoubtedly, the colors just mingle well together. And this liquid layout makes use out of every pixel in the browser be it 1600×1200 or 800×600. Another thing that I liked about it was the over sized icons indicating sections on the index page. These over sized icons translate to images in the right hand corner of the individual pages.
Now I must mention the one thing I dislike. The constantly changing image of the buildings on the main page could become quite annoying. In one sense I see how it may be smart; urging visitors to go to a sub-page, but it still becomes bothersome after a while.

I like the homepage a lot. Nice use of transparency and overlapping images. It also expands and contracts nicely. On the sub-pages, though, the layout seems kind of awkward, and it seems like there are some holes in the layout that make it kind of hard to read (if I could read it). It also could benefit from a bit more space between the text columns.

The script that changes opacity works too slow, I think these guys should have better used simpler script. Although, I should admit, it looks cool.
