Congratulations to Justin Almering, whose freelance Website Design Company, Threepoles, is the first to emerge victorious from the Gallery Preview experiment.
Justin is based in Melbourne, Australia, and has built quite an impressive portfolio of sites. Quite a bit of his work is done in Flash, but he does a great job of weaving together Flash and CSS to create very impressive sites. He has a great sense of color and detail that persist throughout his designs.

This is a nice site, although I feel maybe it relies on too much flash to be considered for a “CSS” showcase gallery? All the nice bells and whistles that make me like it so much are all flash-created.
