In a single day, I got an email about two great job openings that I wanted to pass along to you guys.

The first is with Planypus:

We are looking for a part-time designer/director of user experience. Someone who is entrepreneurial and wants to be treated more like a partner than an employee. We are in the processes of obtaining seed funding and would ideally like to pay a combination of cash and equity.

We are a small passionate team. We are all doing this part-time but have already beaten the competition to market. We believe with the right designer at the helm we could make Planypus into the next big phenomenon in the online social event space.

Developer of online assets who has advanced knowledge of HTML (inclusive of DHTML and XHTML), CSS, graphic editing and optimization, JavaScript/AJAX, XML, ASP, and ASP.NET 2.0. Researches, tracks and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external Internet-related systems. Builds applications using industry standard development tools and practices. Develops, integrates and implements related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration. Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications. Establishes and communicates standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications. May work with outside vendors in developing tests to ensure feature functionality. Experience managing a web development team and complete web development cycle a must.
